A Komodo yacht charter starts from about HK$42,000 per night, always 100% private full-vessel — never shared. Luxury catamarans run about HK$22,000–55,000 per night, premium phinisi about HK$43,000–94,000, and VVIP superyachts about HK$140,000–273,000. Private chef, snorkelling gear, drone documentation and Labuan Bajo transfers are included. WhatsApp us for a full quote within 24 hours.

Komodo National Park in eastern Indonesia can only truly be explored by boat: Padar Island’s three-coloured bays, Pink Beach, Manta Point’s manta-ray cleaning station and the Komodo dragons themselves all sit across open water from Labuan Bajo. Since 2015 we have operated our own luxury fleet across Komodo and Raja Ampat — vessels we own, design and crew ourselves — completing more than 1,200 private charters for over 5,000 voyagers, with four consecutive TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice awards (2022–2025) and a 4.9-star rating across 250+ reviews. Hong Kong guests book directly through Komodo Package HK: transparent HKD pricing, Cantonese and English support, and itineraries built around your group rather than a fixed template.

Entry pricing starts around HK$42,000 per night, with 3D2N the most popular first charter. Final rates depend on season (July–September and holiday periods peak), number of nights, routing and group size. Every proposal is all-inclusive with a written include/exclude list — no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges added later.

Flagship Owned Fleet: We Are the Owner-Operator, Not an Agent

Most “charter platforms” are brokers — the boats are not theirs and neither are the crews. We work the opposite way: our flagship fleet is owned, designed and crewed in-house, so quality, safety and service are controlled vertically by one team, with no broker margin added to your rate. That owner-operator model is why more than 1,200 private charters have sustained a 4.9-star record.

Komodo Prestige (66m)

8 balcony suites for up to 16 guests. Coastal-minimalist white aesthetic, sunset-deck jacuzzi and a dedicated chef team. From about HK$195,000 per night.

Komodo Signature (78.2m)

10 balcony suites for up to 20 guests with a rooftop chill pool. A mastless “floating estate” — the pinnacle of its 10-cabin wooden superyacht class. From about HK$234,000 per night.

Browse cabins and photography on the fleet page, or WhatsApp us to arrange a live video tour of the vessels.

100% Private Full-Vessel: No Shared Decks, Ever

Every charter is a full-vessel buyout: your party and your crew, and no one else. No strangers at breakfast, no shared schedules, no mixed guest lists. Routes, meal times and menus (halal, vegetarian, children’s meals, celebration cakes) are shaped entirely around you. This absolute privacy is why high-profile guests, executives and family offices choose a private charter — and if you are weighing the cost against a shared boat, see our Open Trip vs Private Charter comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Komodo yacht charter cost per night?

From about HK$42,000 per night overall: luxury catamarans about HK$22,000–55,000, premium phinisi about HK$43,000–94,000, and VVIP superyachts about HK$140,000–273,000. Peak season (July–September) and flagship vessels price higher; every quote is all-inclusive.

How many guests can one yacht take?

Catamarans and phinisi typically suit 2–14 guests. Our flagship Komodo Prestige hosts up to 16 guests in 8 suites and Komodo Signature up to 20 guests in 10 suites — from a two-person honeymoon to a 20-guest family charter.

How do I get to Labuan Bajo from Hong Kong?

Fly Hong Kong to Bali (about 5 hours), then a roughly 1-hour domestic flight to Labuan Bajo (LBJ). Our driver meets you at the airport and brings you straight to the pier. See the HKG → DPS → LBJ flight guide.

Can non-divers enjoy a Komodo charter?

Absolutely. Itineraries are snorkel-first — Manta Point sits at just 8–12 metres, so snorkellers regularly swim alongside manta rays. Gear and a professional guide are included; certified divers can add scuba dives.

Does the 2026 Komodo park quota affect charters?

From April 2026 the park caps entry at 1,000 visitors per day with no on-site ticketing. As a licensed operator we register your tickets and lock quota slots when you confirm — you only provide passport details. Full details in the 2026 quota guide.
