Komodo passport ticket booking is a 7-step BTNK process. HKSAR passports need ≥ 6 months validity.
From April 2026, every park ticket is locked to an individual passport. This page lists the BTNK system in 7 steps, the passport-field mapping, the common errors and the fixes. Komodo Package HK clients do not need to operate this themselves — we submit on your behalf; this page is for transparency.
About BTNK
BTNK = Balai Taman Nasional Komodo, the Indonesian Ministry of Forestry agency that manages park entry quota.
